We use your information to create and manage your account, process payments and payouts through Paystack, display your public profile and uploaded content, send notifications about relevant activity, improve the platform based on usage patterns, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations under Nigerian law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All payment processing is handled by Paystack. NaijaTracks does not store your card details. Bank account details provided for payouts are stored securely and only used for processing your earnings. We mask account numbers in the interface and only show them to the account owner.
Trios Tech Ltd only shares your data with Paystack for payment processing, Supabase for database and file storage, our hosting provider for platform delivery, and legal authorities if required by Nigerian law or a valid court order. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We implement industry standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure signed URLs for file downloads. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials safe.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, download a copy of your data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights contact us at support@naijatracks.com
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account your personal data is removed within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations applicable to Trios Tech Ltd.
NaijaTracks uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect platform functionality.
NaijaTracks is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered contact us immediately at support@naijatracks.com
