By creating an account or using NaijaTracks (a brand of Trios Tech Ltd, referred to as “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Users must be at least 13 years old to register.
NaijaTracks is a Nigerian music platform owned and operated by Trios Tech Ltd, a registered Nigerian company. We connect artists, producers, and fans, allowing artists to upload and stream music, producers to license beats, and fans to discover and purchase Nigerian music content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create accounts for others without their permission. NaijaTracks reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Fans may stream music, follow artists, purchase beat and song licenses, and message artists and producers.
Artists may upload original songs, sell song licenses, create a public profile, and collaborate with producers.
Producers may upload beats for licensing, set pricing, receive payments, and collaborate with artists.
Users may hold multiple roles simultaneously.
By uploading content to NaijaTracks you confirm:
NaijaTracks does not claim ownership of any content uploaded by users.
All beats sold on NaijaTracks are non-exclusive licenses. This means multiple artists may license the same beat and the producer retains full ownership. Songs may be sold as either a License to Use or Full Ownership Transfer. Once a song has been licensed to one or more buyers, Full Ownership is no longer available. NaijaTracks is not responsible for disputes arising from content uploaded without proper ownership rights.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. All payments collected on behalf of sellers are processed by Trios Tech Ltd via Paystack. NaijaTracks retains a 20% platform fee on all transactions. The remaining 80% is paid to the seller. Payouts are processed to the seller's registered Nigerian bank account. NaijaTracks is not liable for failed transactions caused by incorrect bank details provided by the user. Refunds are not guaranteed once a digital file has been downloaded. Contact support within 24 hours if there is a genuine issue with your purchase.
You may not upload content that you do not own or have rights to, contains explicit violence or hate speech, infringes on another person's copyright or trademark, contains malware or harmful code, or violates any applicable Nigerian law. NaijaTracks reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
NaijaTracks reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that uploads content without ownership rights, engages in fraudulent transactions, harasses or abuses other users, or repeatedly violates these terms. Banned users forfeit any pending payouts resulting from policy violations.
The messaging system is provided for professional communication between users. You may not use it to send spam, harassment, unsolicited promotions, or illegal content. NaijaTracks monitors messages for safety purposes and may remove content or suspend accounts found in violation.
NaijaTracks provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
NaijaTracks reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. The Platform is owned and operated by Trios Tech Ltd, Nigeria.
